Physician Portal (PACS)

Important Update!

Charter Radiology is transitioning to a new Physician Portal (PACS) system. Imaging performed prior to January 1, 2026 will remain available in the current Merge iConnect portal, while imaging performed on or after January 1, 2026 will be accessible through the new Physician Portal.

To ensure uninterrupted access, referring physicians should request access to the new portal as soon as possible. The existing Merge iConnect portal will remain available during this transition period but is scheduled to be retired after May 31, 2026. Please use the options below to access the appropriate portal or request access to the new system.
